Return Window You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. After 7 days, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Condition of the Garments To be eligible for a return, the apparel must be in the exact same condition that you received it. This means the item must be unworn, unwashed, free of any stains or odors, and with all original tags still attached.
Return Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning the item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Restocking Fees and Final Sales We like to keep things simple and transparent: we do not charge any restocking fees for returns. Additionally, there are currently no "final sale" restrictions; all items are eligible for return within the 7-day window provided they meet the condition requirements.
How to Initiate a Return To start a return, please contact our support team at graced.clothing777@gmail.com. You must include your Order Number and the reason for the return. We will then provide you with the exact shipping address and the next steps.
Refund Process Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and whether the refund was approved. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment. Please keep in mind that it may take a few business days for your bank or credit card company to officially post the refund to your account.
